    Important:

    Your 14-day right of withdrawal runs from the date of registration. If you have already explicitly requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed, you may no longer have the right to withdraw (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Upon valid withdrawal, any payments received will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method. Where the service has commenced but not yet fully performed at time of withdrawal, you retain the right to withdraw but shall pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to that point, in accordance with clause 12.2 of the Terms of Service.
